Key Responsibilities

Welcome and engage patients with warmth and professionalism.

Handle inquiries, consultations scheduling, and patient follow-ups.

Drive patient conversions, cross-sell, and upsell treatments.

Oversee daily clinic operations, staff coordination, and appointment flow.

Maintain high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and patient comfort.

Support doctors in patient communication and case coordination.

Requirements

Fluent in spoken and written English; strong communication skills.

Highly presentable, confident, and service-oriented personality.

Organized, proactive, and accountable in managing operations.

Prior experience in hospitality/clinic management is a plus (not mandatory).
