Job Overview:
We are looking for a Receptionist with excellent communication skills and basic computer knowledge to manage the front desk at our dental clinic. The role involves greeting patients, handling calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and ensuring a smooth patient experience. Candidates with at least 2 years of experience in a dental or healthcare setup are preferred. A pleasant personality, professionalism, and customer service orientation are essential.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival.
• Manage the reception desk, including handling incoming calls, inquiries, and emails.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments with dentists and hygienists.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update details in the clinic management software.
• Handle patient registration, billing assistance, and payment collection as required.
• Coordinate with dental assistants and doctors to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Maintain and organize patient files, consent forms, and appointment logs.
• Ensure the reception and waiting area remain clean and welcoming.
• Assist in daily administrative tasks such as stock requests, reports, and correspondence.
• Handle patient feedback and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information and clinic records.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist or front office executive (preferably in a dental or medical clinic).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge – MS Office, email, and dental clinic/appointment software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Customer service-oriented with a polite, confident, and empathetic demeanor.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in busy or challenging situations.
