Answering and managing phone calls: Answering incoming calls, taking messages, and forwarding calls to the correct party.
Scheduling and managing appointments: Scheduling meetings and appointments, updating calendars, and managing schedules.
Administrative support: Assisting with basic office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and distributing mail.
Maintaining a tidy reception area: Ensuring the reception area is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Providing excellent customer service: Being friendly, approachable, and helpful to all visitors and clients.
Managing couriers and deliveries: Receiving and distributing mail and deliveries.
Other tasks as assigned: May be asked to assist with other administrative duties as needed.
