Welcome and greet walk-in clients, visitors, and guests with professionalism and courtesy.
Handle all incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate departments.
Coordinate client appointments, meetings, and site visit schedules with sales teams.
Maintain a neat and organized front desk and reception area that reflects Realty Smartz’s brand image.
Manage daily administrative and office support tasks such as filing, document preparation, and record maintenance.
Assist in preparing client documentation, property brochures, and marketing materials when needed.
Maintain visitor and inquiry logs and update client contact databases regularly.
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, operations, admin) to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
Handle courier services, deliveries, and office correspondence.
Support the HR/Administration team in organizing company events and team activities.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred).
0.6–2years of experience as a Front Office Executive / Receptionist, preferably in a real estate firm .
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
Professional appearance and confident personality.
