We are looking for a professional and friendly Front Desk Executive to manage our front desk on a daily basis and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and should reflect the company’s values of hospitality, professionalism, and efficiency. Prior experience in the textile or garment industry is a plus.
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors as soon as they arrive at the office.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with all necessary materials (e.g., brochures, forms, etc.).
Manage incoming and outgoing couriers and mail.
Assist in administrative tasks like data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
Maintain visitor logs and employee attendance registers.
Coordinate with different departments for scheduling meetings and appointments.
Support the HR/Admin department in basic documentation or logistics when required.
Handle inquiries from walk-in customers or clients related to the company’s garment products or services.
Proven work experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Hands-on experience with office equipment like printers and fax machines.
Professional attitude and appearance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Experience in the garment, textile, or fashion industry.
Knowledge of basic administrative and clerical procedures.
