1. Welcome and assist visitors, buyers, vendors, and clients.
2. Manage the front desk, telephone board, and visitor entries.
3. Handle courier, samples, and documents movement related to orders/buyers.
4. Maintain meeting room schedules for buyer/vendor visits.
5. Assist in maintaining purchase orders, visitor logs, and basic documentation.
6. Ensure reception area is clean, presentable, and well-organized.
7. Manage incoming/outgoing emails and calls professionally.
8. Coordinate with merchandising, production, and sampling for daily queries.
