We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team to perform a variety of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, parents and ensure they are directed correctly.

• Answer, screen, and forward phone calls professionally.

• Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary stationery supplies.

• Collect fees and provide receipt to parents

• Update entries in software and excel.

• Perform administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, and maintaining office records.

• Report Clinic Manager about enquires, slots cancellations, payments etc.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 0.5 years of experience. Other required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, multitasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritize tasks. She must have a professional attitude and be an expert in written and verbal communication.
