Job Description:*
1)	Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person’s visit and directs appropriately.
2)	Ensure reception area is safe, clean/tidy & presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms. etc), procedures, rules & regulations,
3)	Preparing meeting and training rooms.
4)	Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
5)	Student Post Admission Process (Examination, Welcome letter, PDF book etc.)
6)	Working on Excel, emails, word etc as per required
7)	Respond to queries from mail / Calls
8)	Maintaining details regarding Admission, Exam, Result etc.
9)	Editing Work & Handling other back end work as per required
10)	Handling Other Admin & HR Miscellaneous Activity / Work
