About the Role

We are looking for a well-composed and articulate Front Desk Executive to serve as the face of our organization. This role requires a polished professional with strong communication skills, a client-oriented approach, and the ability to manage reception and administrative duties with discretion and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and vendors with warmth and professionalism

• Manage and route incoming calls, emails, and front-office communication

• Maintain a well-organized reception area and ensure a seamless visitor experience

• Coordinate mail, courier, and meeting room schedules

• Maintain visitor logs and assist with adherence to access and security protocols

• Support basic administrative functions and coordinate with internal departments as needed

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred: B.A., B.Com, BBA)

• Minimum 6 months of experience in front office, customer service, or administrative roles

• Excellent spoken and written communication in English and Hindi

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic office operations

• Well-presented, organized, and able to maintain composure in a professional setting

• Prior experience in infrastructure, real estate, or project-based organizations is a plus
