Position Summary:
A Front Office Associate is responsible for providing outstanding guest service while ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. The role includes handling guest check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, addressing guest inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide prompt check-in and check-out services.

• Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently.

• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.

• Handle guest complaints or concerns and escalate issues to supervisors when needed.

• Maintain accurate records, update guest information, and process payments.

• Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

• Assist guests with information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation.

• Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain confidentiality of guest information.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer service–oriented with a positive attitude.

• Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations calmly.

• Basic computer proficiency; experience with PMS/hotel software is an added advantage.

• Professional grooming and presentation.

• Prior experience in hospitality or front office roles preferred.
