Job Responsibilities:

Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
Manage the visitor sign-in/out process.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
Communication Management:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
Take accurate messages and ensure they are delivered to the intended recipient.
Handle email correspondence and distribute incoming mail.
Manage outgoing mail and courier services.
Administrative Support:
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
Assist with basic data entry and filing.
Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Assist with meeting preparations, including setting up meeting rooms.
Perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
