Job Summary: Webpulse Solution is looking for a smart, confident, and well-spoken Receptionist cum Telecaller to join our growing team. This role requires a dynamic individual who can manage front desk responsibilities while actively participating in recruitment activities by reaching out to job applicants.

Key responsibilities:

1. Reception Duties:
Greet and welcome visitors with a pleasant attitude
Handle incoming calls and route them appropriately
Manage front desk operations, including appointment scheduling
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Receive and manage courier and correspondence

2. Telecalling & Recruitment Support:
Call potential candidates for various job openings
Schedule interviews and coordinate with the HR team
Maintain candidate databases and follow up with applicants
Assist in day-to-day recruitment activities
Provide basic information about company roles and responsibilities to candidates

Key Skills & Attributes:

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2. Pleasing personality and confident demeanor
3. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.)
4. Ability to multitask and handle front desk duties professionally
