Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and courteous Front Office Executive to manage front-desk responsibilities in a dynamic pharmaceutical environment. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and internal staff and should represent the organization with a positive and professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and courier services
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times
Coordinate visitor access, issue ID badges, and maintain visitor logs
Handle appointments and meeting room bookings
Assist HR/Admin team in maintaining attendance and basic employee records
Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Support in coordinating internal and external meetings, travel arrangements, and event logistics
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (preferably B.Com, BBA, BA)
1–3 years of front office/reception experience (preferably in pharma or healthcare)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Preferred Attributes:
Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry or regulated work environments
Knowledge of basic HR or admin processes is a plus
Multilingual abilities (English, Hindi, and local language) will be an advantage
