Hotel Ramta Continental is seeking a smart, courteous, and customer-focused Front Office Associate to manage the front desk and provide exceptional guest service. You will be the first point of contact for guests and play a key role in creating a welcoming and smooth check-in/check-out experience.
Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints with professionalism.
Maintain accurate guest records, bookings, and payment transactions.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest needs.
Manage phone calls, emails, and room reservations efficiently.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Monitor guest arrivals and departures, and assist with luggage if needed.
Follow hotel policies and maintain guest confidentiality at all times.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate (Hospitality diploma preferred).
Previous experience in hotel front desk/reception is a plus.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, reservation software, etc.).
Pleasant personality, with a positive and polite attitude.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
