1.5 to 2 years of experience in a front desk or administrative role.
Proficient in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Strong computer literacy: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote), mobile applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Friendly, empathetic, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Handle patient queries across multiple platforms: calls, emails, WhatsApp, SMS, and social media.
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments based on doctor availability.
Guide patients in completing intake forms and update records in the system.
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, treatment plans, and histories.
