About the Role

We are looking for a smart and confident Female Front Office Executive who can handle incoming leads, make outbound calls, share product/service details, and convert those leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle front desk and attend visitors with professionalism.

Receive incoming leads (calls/messages) and respond quickly.

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.

Maintain lead database, follow up regularly, and achieve conversion targets.

Coordinate with the sales team for closures.

Keep records updated in Excel/CRM.

Requirements:

Female candidate only.

Excellent communication skills (Hindi/English preferred).

Confident, polite, and good convincing ability.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email).
