This role involves welcoming guests, handling front-office responsibilities, maintaining records on CRM and ensuring smooth daily operations. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹22000 along with career growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors while ensuring they are directed appropriately.
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls in a professional manner.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area with necessary office supplies.
Maintain attendance, Petty cash and other records on the CRM.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate between teachers and students.
Job Requirements:
Applicants must have Graduate with 3 - 6+ years of relevant experience. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent multitasking, and time-management skills are essential. A professional attitude, along with strong written and verbal communication skills, is a must.
