We are looking for a Executive Assistant To Diretor to join our team TIE Alliances & Rewards Pvt.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel
Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes
Making Presentations for Meetings
Act as the point of contact between directors and internal/external stakeholders
Handle confidential information with discretion
Respond to emails and messages on behalf of directors
Plan and organize offsites, board meetings, and team events
Organize travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, visas, and itineraries.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduation and 1- 2years of experience. Other required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, multitasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritize tasks. Candidate must have a professional attitude and be an expert in written and verbal communication.
