Job Title: Executive Assistant to Managing Director

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director (MD) in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have strong follow-up and coordination skills, be able to manage administrative and personal tasks efficiently, and maintain complete confidentiality and professionalism.
This is not a conventional E.A. role — we are looking for someone dynamic, adaptable, and sharp, similar to Anne Hathaway’s character in “The Devil Wears Prada” — confident, quick-learning, and efficient under pressure.
Follow up with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communications on behalf of the MD.
Handle documentation, correspondence, and reports using MS Office (Word and Excel).
Maintain organized records and assist in administrative coordination.
Perform quality follow-ups on key assignments and ensure accountability.
Support in handling personal tasks and errands for the MD as required.
Experience: 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Office Coordinator.
Education: Graduate from a Secretarial College or equivalent qualification.
Technical Skills:
Excellent follow-up skills (most crucial requirement).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word).
Shorthand knowledge preferred.
Communication: Strong command over English (written and verbal).
Marital Status: Married (preferably with children).
Location: Should live within 45 minutes traveling distance from the office.
Job Stability: Preference for candidates with stable job history.
Personality: Honest, dependable, and open to handling both professional and personal assignments for the MD.
