About the Role

We are looking for a Centre Manager with a pleasant personality, excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English, and strong customer-handling abilities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, manage staff, deliver an outstanding customer experience, and drive the centre’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operations of the centre (staff, scheduling, reporting, inventory, etc.)

• Welcome and interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner.

• Ensure a high standard of customer service so that every client feels valued and comfortable.

• Supervise and motivate team members to deliver quality performance.

• Handle client queries, complaints, and feedback promptly.

• Coordinate with management for reporting, planning.

• Ensure compliance with company standards and brand reputation.

Requirements

• Graduate / Postgraduate in any stream.

• Pleasant personality with a confident presence.

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (both spoken and written).

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

• Ability to handle clients of all backgrounds without issues.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Reporting).
