Job Purpose:
To Create the best possible image of the company by welcoming all the entrants to office premise and
managing admin tasks to enable business, HR & Admin function effectively.
Job Description:
Greet and welcome guests/visitors as soon as they arrive at the office
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens,
forms and brochures)
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries/courier
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
(monitor logbook)
Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock and managing MIS of that
Arrange internal and external transportation for events, activities, trips, guests, etc.
Printing Business Cards, ID card and vendor management.
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.
Perform all other ad hoc tasks assigned by the line manager.
Welcoming interviewee and handover Interview evaluation sheet and coordinating with HR department
Content development and craft for internal events, brand activities and events
MIS preparation for Inward and Outward couriers, stationaries, FnB
Taking initiative to keep the entire office hygiene (Including Washroom and Pantry) at the best possible
standard
Monitoring the performance of office boys by supervising them on daily basis
Suggesting new ideas to create positive office vibes
