Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced RO Plant Technician to handle end-to-end installation, commissioning, and maintenance of RO (Reverse Osmosis) water treatment plants. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of water treatment processes, equipment setup, troubleshooting, and overall plant operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and commission RO water treatment plants at client sites (residential, commercial, or industrial)

• Conduct site inspections, layout planning, and equipment setup

• Perform testing, calibration, and water quality analysis

• Carry out routine preventive and corrective maintenance of the plant and associated systems

• Monitor plant performance and ensure optimal efficiency and water output

• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, or plumbing issues in the system

• Maintain detailed reports of service visits, installations, and repairs

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards

• Educate customers on basic RO plant care and maintenance

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in RO plant installation and treatment

• Strong technical knowledge of RO systems, membranes, pumps, filters, and dosing systems

• Familiarity with industrial and domestic RO systems

• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals

• Good communication skills and a customer-first attitude

• Willingness to travel to various client sites

Preferred Qualification:

• Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant trade

• Experience with industrial water treatment plants is a plus
