Plumbing Supervisor

Job Description:

We are looking for a Plumbing Supervisor with a minimum of 2 years of experience to manage plumbing activities across residential, commercial, or industrial sites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in plumbing work, a good understanding of measurements, and knowledge of plumbing materials. Basic computer skills are also required for reporting and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily plumbing activities on site.

• Read and understand plumbing drawings, specifications, and layouts.

• Take accurate site measurements and ensure proper implementation of plans.

• Plan and monitor material usage; ensure timely availability of required plumbing materials.

• Inspect installation work and ensure quality standards and safety measures are followed.

• Guide and manage the plumber workforce and assign tasks effectively.

• Maintain daily progress reports and share updates with site engineers or project managers.

• Coordinate with other site departments to ensure smooth workflow.

• Resolve any on-site technical issues related to plumbing works.

• Ensure minimal material wastage and proper use of resources.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in plumbing supervision.

• Knowledge of plumbing materials, fittings, and tools.

• Ability to read site drawings and take accurate measurements.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, WhatsApp/email communication).

• Strong leadership and site coordination skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
