Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, valves, and drainage systems.

• Interpret blueprints and building plans to determine plumbing layouts and installations.

• Inspect plumbing systems for leaks, blockages, and other issues; perform necessary repairs.

• Install and maintain water supply lines, waste disposal systems, and related appliances.

• Clean and maintain drains, traps, sumps, and sewage lines to ensure unobstructed flow.

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections to avoid major breakdowns.

• Test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance.

• Respond promptly to plumbing emergencies and perform urgent repairs.

• Ensure work is performed safely and in compliance with local plumbing codes and standards.

Job Requirements:

• Qualification: ANY.

• 1–3 years of experience in building or facility plumbing maintenance.

• Knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and safety procedures.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

• Good problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability.
