Job Title: Pantry Assistant
Department: Administration / Facility Management
Reporting to: Admin Manager / Office Manager

Job Purpose

To maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and smooth operation of the office pantry, ensuring timely preparation and serving of beverages and refreshments for employees and guests.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and other refreshments for staff and visitors.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the pantry area at all times.

• Manage pantry inventory, including stock checks and replenishment.

• Ensure proper storage of pantry supplies and consumables.

• Clean and sanitize utensils, equipment, and pantry surfaces daily.

• Dispose of waste and maintain proper waste segregation.

• Support in arranging refreshments during meetings, events, or office gatherings.

• Report shortages, equipment faults, or maintenance needs promptly.

Skills & Requirements

• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene.

• Ability to follow instructions and maintain schedules.

• Good time management and organizational skills.

• Friendly and service-oriented attitude.
