Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management:
Keeping track of supplies such as tea, coffee, milk, snacks, and other pantry items, and ensuring they are well-stocked and replenished on time.
Food & Beverage Preparation:
Washing, chopping, shredding, and grating ingredients for dishes. Preparing and serving beverages like tea, coffee, and water to employees or visitors.
Hygiene & Cleanliness:
Maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the pantry, kitchen, and surrounding areas, including washing utensils and equipment.
Assisting Staff:
Supporting chefs or kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks and helping other office staff with daily duties.
Serving & Presentation:
Arranging and serving food and drinks professionally and ensuring the presentation of food items is attractive.
General Support:
Opening and closing the pantry, performing general housekeeping duties, and sometimes assisting with photocopying and filing.
