Arrange refreshments for meetings and office events.
Maintain stock of pantry items and coordinate for replenishment.
Document & File Support
Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing of documents.
Deliver files and documents to different departments as required.
Help in managing office supplies (stationery, paper, etc.).
Bank / Outdoor Work
Visit banks, courier services, and government offices for official work.
Deposit cheques, submit documents, collect parcels, etc.
Office Assistance
Help in setting up meeting rooms (chairs, projector, water setup).
Assist in shifting office materials, packages, and equipment.
Support staff in day-to-day office tasks when needed.
Visitor Handling
Welcome and guide guests to the appropriate person/department.
Ensure proper hospitality is provided to visitors.
Compliance & Safety
Follow company safety, hygiene, and housekeeping standards.
Report any maintenance issues to Admin/HR.
