Key Responsibilities

1. Office Maintenance & Housekeeping

• Keeping the office neat, clean, and well-maintained at all times.

• Cleaning desks, chairs, tables, and common areas.

• Ensuring washrooms and pantry areas are clean and hygienic.

2. Pantry & Hospitality

• Preparing and serving tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff & visitors.

• Managing pantry stock (tea, coffee, sugar, milk, snacks).

3. Document & File Handling

• Collecting and delivering documents within the office.

• Assisting in photocopying, printing, scanning, and filing work.

• Supporting admin staff with documentation tasks.

4. Outdoor & Errand Tasks

• Going for bank related work (cheque deposit, withdrawal, challan submission).

• Collecting and delivering parcels, couriers and materials.

• Purchasing office supplies as instructed.

5. General Assistance

• Helping staff with basic tasks like shifting items, setting up meeting rooms.

• Managing office dustbin disposal and waste segregation.

• Ensuring office premises open/close properly if assigned.

Skills & Requirements

• Basic communication skills (Hindi/Marathi preferred).

• Hardworking, punctual, and disciplined.

• Honest and trustworthy.

• Ability to handle small office tasks independently.

• Prior experience preferred but not mandatory.
