To assist in routine office tasks such as serving refreshments, managing cleanliness, handling documents, and supporting staff in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Office Maintenance & Cleanliness
Maintain cleanliness of office premises including desks, pantry, and washrooms.
Dusting, mopping, and garbage disposal on a regular basis.
2. Serving & Hospitality
Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
Arrange and clean utensils used in pantry.
3. Document Handling & Support
Deliver or collect documents from nearby locations (banks, vendors, courier, etc.).
Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing of documents.
4. Stationery & Inventory Management
Keep track of office supplies and inform admin for restocking.
Ensure proper arrangement of office materials.
5. Staff Assistance
Support admin and other staff in simple office tasks.
Attend to minor errands like purchases, courier dispatch, etc.

Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Minimum 10th pass (SSC) or equivalent.
Experience: 0–2 years in similar role (freshers can also apply).
Skills:
Basic hygiene and etiquette
Good attitude and discipline
Trustworthiness and punctuality
