Job Description
· Dusting, Cleaning all areas, desks, chairs, lights, fans, passage, stairwell etc.
· Tea/ water & other services to office and visitor.
· Cleaning office equipment, computers, telephones, T.V. Screens
· Maintaining stores.
· Packing, dispatch, couriers etc.
· Cleaning and organization the office premises, including floor and desk.
· Maintain and organize files, records and documents.
· Assisting in setting up and organizing meetings and events.
· Providing support to office staff members as needed.
· Monitoring and Maintenance office equipment and supplies.
