We are looking for a responsible and reliable Office Assistant to support day-to-day operations by ensuring the office is clean, well-maintained, and efficiently stocked. The ideal candidate will also assist with errands and office tasks to help the team function smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Maintenance: Perform daily cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Ensure common areas are clean and well-maintained.
Supply Management: Monitor and restock pantry items, office supplies, and hygiene products. Keep an inventory of supplies and notify the admin team when reordering is needed.
Errands: Run office-related errands such as delivering /collecting documents or packages. Support staff with minor delivery or pickup tasks as required.
Meeting Room Setup: Prepare and arrange meeting rooms before scheduled sessions (cleaning, arranging chairs, serving refreshments, etc.).
Event Coordination Support: Assist in setting up internal office events, meetings, and celebrations. Provide logistical support as needed during office functions.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role preferred.
Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and safety regulations.
Physically fit.
Trustworthy, punctual, and professional in behaviour.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Hours: 09:30 AM to 07:30 PM
