Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises.
• Serve tea/coffee/water to staff and visitors.
• Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and other clerical tasks.
• Handle delivery and collection of documents from various offices as required.
• Ensure pantry items and office supplies are stocked and well-organized.
• Support administrative staff in day-to-day activities.
• Assist in setting up meeting rooms and maintaining cleanliness afterward.
• Handle basic tasks such as opening/closing the office, switching on/off lights, and managing couriers.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an office boy/office assistant.
• Basic communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work responsibly.
• Hardworking, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Ability to handle simple clerical and administrative support tasks.
