Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and well-mannered Pantry Assistant to oversee daily pantry operations and provide support with basic office tasks. The candidate should be punctual, disciplined, and capable of maintaining hygiene and hospitality standards in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, snacks, and beverages to staff and visitors.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the pantry area at all times.

• Ensure that utensils, cutlery, pantry equipment, and serving items are clean and organised.

• Assist in arranging refreshments for meetings and office gatherings.

• Welcome and attend to guests, clients, and visitors professionally.

• Keep track of pantry inventory (tea, coffee, milk, sugar, snacks, water, etc.) and inform Admin for replenishment.

• Assist the housekeeping team in maintaining cleanliness in the office when required.

• Handle small office errands such as delivering documents, photocopying, filing, etc.

• Support staff during office events, meetings, and daily operational needs.

• Follow office hygiene, discipline, and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum education: 10th pass.

• 1-5 years of experience as a Pantry Boy / Office Assistant in a corporate or professional environment.

• Good communication, polite behaviour, and a customer service attitude.

• Basic understanding of serving etiquette and pantry maintenance.

• Ability to multitask and follow instructions properly.

• Honest, reliable, and well-presented personality.

Salary:

As per industry standards and candidate experience.
