We are looking for a reliable and presentable Store Assistant / Office Boy to join our team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations at our store. This role is crucial in keeping the workspace clean, organized, and running efficiently, while also supporting staff in workshop and customer-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Store Maintenance & Cleanliness

  • Daily sweeping, mopping, dusting, and maintaining hygiene across the store.

  • Cleaning and maintaining the washroom.

  • Ensuring the store is spick and span at all times, including display areas.

• Operational Support

  • Opening and closing the store on time.

  • Assisting with shoe maintenance and polishing and workshop-related work as guided by staff.

  • Restocking and organizing supplies, tools, and consumables.

  • Setting up the store and ensuring everything is in order before customer visits.
    Taking client foot measurements as taught by staff if required.

• Errands & Deliveries

  • Delivering and collecting documents, parcels, or shoes as required.

  • Coordinating with vendors for supplies or workshop material.

• Customer & Staff Support

  • Assisting staff with basic tasks and workshop activities.

  • Preparing and maintaining a neat environment for customer fittings or meetings.

  • Supporting with minor repairs, simple maintenance tasks, and ensuring equipment is functioning properly.

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 10th pass and should be able to speak respectfully.

• 0–3 years of experience in a similar role (housekeeping, office/store boy, or workshop support).

• Must be punctual, disciplined, respectful and trustworthy.

• Ability to manage time effectively and follow instructions.

• Should be formally dressed, neat, and presentable at all times.

• Comfortable with cleaning, maintenance, and workshop assistance work.
