Job Responsibilities:
Perform basic housekeeping and upkeep of office premises including desks, pantry, and washrooms.
Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
Handle office errands such as bank work, courier dispatch, and material pickup/delivery.
Distribute and collect inter-office documents between Egmore and Redhills locations.
Assist with office filing, photocopying, and basic admin support.
Help in arranging meeting rooms, chairs, and refreshments.
Support maintenance-related tasks and vendor coordination when required.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass or ITI/Diploma
Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license
Preferably 1–3 years of experience in a similar role
Should be polite, disciplined, and trustworthy
Basic communication skills in Tamil
Willingness to travel between office locations (Egmore & Redhills)
