Roles & Responsibilities:-
Cleanliness: Maintaining a clean and organised office environment, including common areas, restrooms, and the pantry.
Pantry Management: Ensuring the pantry is stocked with necessary supplies (tea, coffee, snacks, etc.) and keeping it clean.
Waste Disposal: Properly disposing of trash and other waste materials.
Equipment Maintenance: Monitoring the condition of office equipment and reporting any issues.
Maintaining a welcoming environment: Ensuring the office is tidy and presentable for visitors.
Serving Refreshments: Preparing and serving tea, coffee, and other beverages to staff and visitors.
Customer/Visitor Assistance: Providing basic assistance to visitors and addressing their inquiries.
Assisting Staff: Helping with minor tasks and duties as requested by staff members.
Following Instructions: Carrying out tasks as directed by supervisors and senior staff.
Maintaining confidentiality: Ensuring sensitive information is handled with discretion.
