Creaning the table, Open office doors and windows (if applicable) and ensure the office is ready before staff arrives.
Dust furniture, windowsills, and office equipment without disturbing documents.
Keep pantry clean after each break and lunch period and Refill hand wash, tissue rolls, and other sanitary items as needed.
Arrange drinking water, tea, coffee, and snacks for staff and guests as requested.
Keep Cabinates and meeting rooms tidy before and after use.
Collect, deliver, and distribute documents or parcels within the office and to external locations.
Assist with minor repairs or call the concerned person for maintenance.
Check pantry, stationery, and cleaning supplies inventory, and report shortages.
Inform Admin immediately in case of any issues or damages and Report directly to the Office Manager/Admin for daily work updates.
