We are looking for an office boy who is good at office management activities (dusting, Mopping, etc.) Must Know How To Organise An Office For Proper Working On A Daily Basis. The ideal candidate should be honest, punctual, and well-mannered. Experienced candidates are first priority. (Freshers Can Also Apply)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensuring the office is clean and tidy, including dusting, sweeping, and emptying trash cans.

2. Serve tea, coffee, water, etc. to staff and visitors.

3. Keeping track of office supplies, such as paper, pens, and toner, and restocking them when necessary.

4. Performing tasks outside the office, such as delivering documents, picking up supplies, or making bank deposits. (Candidates having an LMV licence are preferred).

5. Assisting colleagues and management with various tasks and projects as needed.

7. Welcoming visitors and guests and directing them to the relevant person or department.

8. Answering phone calls and taking messages when necessary.

• Work Days: Monday to Saturday (9 am to 6 pm)

• Location: CBI Colony, Jagatpura, Jaipur

• Work Mode: Work from office only.

• Gender: Male can only apply.
