ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Opening & closing of center.
Cleaning & maintaining the center (sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing, emptying out
dustbins, garbage disposal etc.)
Cleaning & maintaining of washrooms.
Sanitizing & fumigating the OT (Operation Theatre) one day prior to procedures / surgeries.
Attending office staff & clients.
Delivers and serves lunch, tea, water and other snacks to staff and clients as per their
requirements.
Assists in menial office tasks required by the office staff: like filing, photocopying documents,
delivering files and documents to other staff members, dispatching documents, cash deposit
in bank, courier related work etc.
Cleaning of AC filters, cleaning ceiling fans, water dispenser etc.
Inspects and turns on Air Conditioning, lights etc during working hours when staffs & clients
are present.
Repairs small problems and maintains fresh office / clinic environment.
Prepares tea and coffee for staff and clients if required.
Maintains the cleanliness of the office pantry / kitchen.
To sit at the front desk if there is a requirement.
Personal hygiene, grooming & cleanliness are a must.
