Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving tea, coffee, and water to staff and guests. He should help in keeping the office clean and organized, managing pantry items, and supporting the team with basic day-to-day office tasks.
He may also be required to assist with small outdoor work such as delivering documents, bringing office supplies, handling basic errands, and supporting staff whenever needed.
Key Duties
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments
Keep the office, pantry, and common areas clean
Assist staff with basic office work
Manage water, pantry items, and daily office supplies
Help in arranging meeting rooms
Attend visitors politely and professionally
Handle small outdoor office errands when required
Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and punctuality
Requirements
Honest, polite, and hardworking
Basic understanding of office work
Should be punctual and responsible
Prior experience as office boy/helper is preferred
Should be comfortable with tea/coffee preparation and office support tasks
