Ensure meeting rooms, reception area, and pantry are tidy and ready for use.
Dispose of waste properly and maintain hygiene standards.
Deliver documents, files, and messages between departments or to external offices.
Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing of documents.
Support administrative staff with basic clerical duties.
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, or refreshments to staff and visitors.
Maintain stock of pantry items (tea, coffee, milk, water, snacks, etc.).
Ensure pantry area and utensils are clean and organized.
Deposit or collect documents from banks, post offices, or courier companies.
Handle minor purchases or deliveries as directed by the Admin/HR team.

Assist new employees in locating office facilities and resources.
Monitor and restock office supplies (stationery, cleaning materials, etc.).
Report any maintenance issues with equipment or facilities to the admin team.
Support in handling minor office maintenance tasks (changing light bulbs, organizing storage, etc.).
Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor or office administrator.
