Job Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day office tasks such as serving tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.

• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and washrooms.

• Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and other clerical support as required.

• Run errands such as delivering documents, collecting items, and handling bank or courier-related work.

• Maintain and monitor office supplies, pantry stock, and stationery.

• Support staff in basic administrative tasks whenever required.

• Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging refreshments for visitors/clients.

• Adhere to office discipline, punctuality, and company rules.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass (preferred).

• Prior experience as an Office Boy/Helper will be an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of handling office equipment (printer, photocopier, scanner).

• Good communication and polite behavior.

• Trustworthy, punctual, and willing to work in a team.

• Physically fit and able to handle tasks efficiently.
