Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across office premises including pantry, workstations, reception, and meeting rooms.
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and guests promptly and courteously.
Assist in daily office operations such as photocopying, filing, or delivering documents internally.
Handle the opening and closing of the office as per schedule.
Manage pantry supplies and notify the HR/Admin team for restocking.
Dispose of waste properly and maintain garbage disposal areas.
Assist with internal office arrangements during meetings, interviews, or events.
Support HR/Admin team with minor errands and office maintenance tasks.
Minimum 8th-grade education or equivalent.
Ability to read basic instructions in Hindi and/or English.
Physically fit and active; able to be on their feet most of the day.
Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness.
Polite, well-groomed, and presentable.
