Responsibilities:
• Perform general office cleaning and maintenance (dusting, sweeping, mopping, etc.)
• Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors
• Handle basic office errands such as photocopying, filing, and delivering documents
• Assist in maintaining office supplies and stationery stock
• Run outdoor tasks such as depositing cheques, collecting documents, or purchasing items as required
• Support office staff with small day-to-day tasks
• Ensure pantry, meeting rooms, and common areas are clean and organized
• Assist in setting up meeting rooms before and after use.
