Job Title: Office Boy

Job Responsibilities:

• Office Maintenance & Upkeep:

• Ensure the office premises are clean and well-maintained.

• Arrange furniture, keep workstations tidy, and manage minor repairs if needed.

• Administrative Support:

• Assist in photocopying, printing, scanning, and document filing.

• Deliver files and documents between departments.

• Help in setting up rooms for meetings, workshops, or training sessions.

• Pantry Support & Guest Handling:

• Preparing and serving tea for the staff in the morning and afternoon.

• Serving tea and water to the guest.

• Ensure cleanliness of the pantry and meeting rooms.

• Courier & Outdoor Duties:

• Collect and deliver documents.

• Handle post office tasks like collecting parcels and managing courier services.

• Support for NGO Activities:

• Assist in event arrangements such as seating, banners, and logistics.

• Help in transporting materials for community outreach programs, workshops, or training sessions.

Note: Need to perform any other work assigned by the seniors or office staff members.

Age Limit : 30+years

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic reading and writing skills (preferably in Hindi, Marathi and English).

• Knowledge of handling office equipment (printer, scanner, photocopier).

• Courteous, punctual, and disciplined.

• Ability to multitask and willingness to learn.

• Prior experience in a similar role (preferred)
