Maintain cleanliness of the office premises, including pantry, washrooms, and work areas.
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors as required.
Handle office errands such as delivering documents, collecting mail, and purchasing office supplies.
Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
Ensure the pantry is stocked with necessary items (tea, coffee, milk, water, etc.).
Dispose of garbage properly and maintain hygiene standards.
Assist administrative staff in day-to-day operations when needed.
Manage simple maintenance issues or report them to the concerned department.
Minimum education: High School (preferred).
Basic communication and interpersonal skills.
Honest, punctual, and well-mannered.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
Office-based role, may involve light physical activity.
Usually reports to the Office Administrator or HR Department.
