We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Helper to support the lift/elevator manufacturing process. This role involves assisting technicians and engineers in assembling, installing, and maintaining lift components in the workshop or on-site. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, follow instructions well, and prioritize safety at all times.

Install, replace, and service different systems and equipment like heavy machinery, home appliances like TVs, and others. The role involves monitoring & servicing systems, diagnosing problems, and troubleshooting equipment, etc. The position offers an in-hand salary of In Hand Salary with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Repair or replace faulty equipment and assemble necessary components.

Assist in the assembly of elevator components such as cabins, doors, rails, and control systems.

Support technicians during installation, repair, or servicing of lifts on-site or at the factory.

Load and unload materials and parts safely.

Keep work areas clean and organized.

Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

Minimum 10th pass or equivalent preferred.

Prior experience in a mechanical or manufacturing environment is an advantage.

Basic knowledge of tools and mechanical work is desirable.

Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
