We are looking for a Painter supervisor to join us Ultimate Digital Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of assigned team members in the fabrication yard.

Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, standards, and project specifications.

Monitor manpower allocation, productivity, and adherence to safety standards.

Conduct toolbox talks, quality checks, and report progress to higher management.

Support and maintain smooth operations in coordination with other departments.

Qualification & Experience Requirements:

Diploma / Technical certification in the relevant trade.

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Onshore Fabrication Yard / Oil & Gas projects.

Proven experience in supervising multi-skilled teams.

Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, quality standards, and safety protocols.

Good communication skills in English.
