Provide first aid and basic medical care to guests and staff as needed
Conduct daily wellness checks and monitor health conditions of long-stay guests or employees
Maintain and replenish medical supplies and emergency kits across the property
Assist in occupational health programs, including vaccination drives and health awareness sessions
Respond swiftly to health incidents, coordinating with hotel security and local healthcare providers
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining proper documentation
Support guest comfort and safety, especially for elderly or medically vulnerable visitors
Train hotel staff on basic health protocols and emergency response procedures
Diploma or Degree in Nursing (GNM/ANM/B.Sc Nursing)
Valid registration with local nursing council
Minimum 1–2 years of clinical or hospitality experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to remain calm and professional in emergencies
Familiarity with hotel operations and guest service etiquette
Rotational shifts or fixed hours depending on hotel policy
On-call availability for emergencies
