Job DescriptionStaff Nurse

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients with compassion and responsiveness.

• Assist in surgical procedures and manage pre- and post-operative care.

• Ensure effective coordination with anesthetists, surgeons, and other healthcare teams.

• Responsible for OT equipment handling and adhering to sterile techniques.

• Manage timely indenting and maintain adequate stock of consumables and medications.

• Participate actively in infection control practices and biomedical waste disposal.

• Adhere to QMS, EMS, Disaster Management, and Patient Safety protocols.

• Maintain accurate documentation, timely medication administration, and patient reports.

• Work across departments like Wards, ICU, OT, Chemo, Oncology, and Emergency.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing

• Must have active State Nursing Council Registration

• Experience: 1 to 10 years (Hospital/Healthcare industry preferred)

• Well-groomed, punctual, and aligned with organizational values and policies.
